Lenses didn't fit right and it my vision eas not as good as with the brand I usually get. They charge a restocking fee if you return a box. It's probably in the fine print.

Can't cancel unless you call
Can't cancel unless you call. I don't have a phone to call only a computer so it's impossible to cancel.

Took 4 attempts to get off auto shipment when I tried to cancel! Just be careful signing up for the auto shipment unless you use like a ton of contacts and never want to cancel them. Lens themselves were just fine

Hi Wanda, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear that you have had a difficult time cancelling your subscription. I can see that when you reached out to us via email in June, we provided you with instructions for how to cancel. The only other time we heard from you was over the phone in December, and during that call, our team cancelled your subscription and issued a refund. If you would like to reinstate your subscription to receive lenses less frequently, we would be more than happy to help you set this up. Please reach out to me at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot," and my team will get back to you ASAP. Best, Vanessa

I have a lot of trouble with managing…the personal account screen
I have a lot of trouble with managing my account. I changed my address and my contacts still sent to the old address. Changed my card and it charged the old card. Changed my subscription cycle and it didn't change. I wish they would email me before they charge my card because it's not always on time, says 42 days but doesn't charge on the 42nd day, etc.

I appreciated receiving the contacts…
I appreciated receiving the contacts monthly on time, but had a horrible experience with customer service in cancelling my subscription by your company not taking care of it. I called, I emailed and still went over 6 months before you finally cancelled it. I had to close my account and open up a new one to get the automatic payments to stop because your company never followed through.

I had them for a year & tried to update my credit card info & get my monthly supply but they had stopped them & after emailing them at least twice never could get them started again & that was last November! The product is great but they do a lousy job of customer contact service!
