Inconsistent
I love the convenience of the home delivery. I think there are some inconsistency with the quality of the contacts themselves. Sometimes I’ll have contacts that get cloudy within a few hours and other times I’ll have contacts that last all day.

my account is randomly charged... there is no specific day. a set date to charge my account would be nice.

I need an option to pause orders
What Hubble does right is (1) price point, (2) convenience, (3) packaging. Every month I get a simple and compact case of contacts. No fuss. What it needs to improve: I need an option to pause upcoming orders on the website, without having to call in. Product quality is middle of the road, but I have to accept the fact that prices are low because I'm buying a product that was patented in the 80's.

Quality of contacts is just ok
Quality of contacts is just ok. Went back to Cooper aviation recently and the difference is noticeable. Also they aren’t really any cheaper and it was impossible to find a doctor to fit for them.

Great service, contacts just OK
Great and efficient service. Contacts just OK, vision not as sharp compared to expensive name brands. Okay if you’re on a budget and wear glasses more than contacts.

The ease of getting my lenses has been…
The ease of getting my lenses has been great. However, the lens quality has not been great. I dont know if its that the material thry are made out of doesnt agree with me or what, but since I started using them three weeks ago I've had headaches over my one eye and a lot of dry itchy eyes. Something I never experienced when wearing my monthly acuvue lenses. I'm someone who consistently falls asleep with my lenses in, so I was psyched to have inexpensive lenses I could get rid of at the end of the day and put new ones in, in the morning. But even without sleeping with these lenses in and fresh ones each day, they are uncomfortable.

Contacts
Some of the contacts rip extermly easy. As well I've had an extermly bad eye infection that I've never had and Dr said it was due to the contact. I've as well open the contact case and NO contact. Thsts happened at least 3 times.
