You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness, if it doesn’t work, please visit your eye care professional to evaluate the cause and determine the best way to increase your contact lens wearing comfort. Hi, Ama, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our lenses and cancellation process. We only have a phone call or email cancellation it is because some customers will overuse the system that's why customers need to call or email us to control the process. You can control the frequency at which your shipments are sent out and you can skip shipments all from your Hubble account! You are only charged for the boxes that actually get shipped out! Moreover, our lenses have been FDA-approved for sale in the US for more than 14 years. If you are from the US we need your doctor's approval before we ship the item and for other countries, to order you’ll need a valid Hubble contacts prescription and you need to get the okay from your doctor and places an order on our site. Hi Kerry, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so so sorry to hear that our lenses are no longer the best option for your eyes but we appreciate you for giving us a try, it's just sad that it did not end well. I understand that you might have a bad experience with us or our lenses but all lenses are brand specific and would not work for everybody, however we can assure our customers that we are selling quality lenses and will not degrade any eye sight as long as you are fitted with our brand. I believe we have people that are using us for quite some time but doesn't have the same experience since again, it would vary per eye. As for the charges, the best way to stop those is to cancel the account and we are very much willing to help you on that aspect since we don't want our customers to continue using us if our product doesn't work for them.
