I’ve been a customer for Hubble for over 5 years and I loved it $30 bucks for contacts was the best deal I ever got. But I noticed that when I updated my Prescription my payment a month went up to $33 and then 2 month later when I updated my credit card info it went up to $36 . That’s the only thing I didn’t like I never got a notice to why the charge went up like that .

A lot of times the contact pod ends up being dry upon opening rendering the contact useless. I had a high number of defected ones in my last shipment.

I find that my eyes get much drier with Hubble lenses. However, at the moment the price is right for my budget and monthly delivery is great.

I give the 3 stars for a couple of reasons. Reasons I do believe can be quick changes so no biggie. First is I’ve had the most difficult time trying to contact anyone that could help me change my contacts. That’s the biggest downfall of this company. Communication! Customer service, where is it?!?! Second, I don’t believe you folks carry options for people with astigmatisms. Please consider this beneficial feedback from a loyal customer.

They are cheap and great for allergy season when my eyes get super itchy with traditional contacts. However, they dry out VERY QUICKLY, and that makes my eyes HURT at the end of the day. Sometimes it’s to the point where I can’t wait to take them out. I keep meaning to cancel and go back to traditional contacts but I haven’t yet because I’m lazy.

It’s convenient and a bit more expensive but being monthly rather than one lump sum every six months it works for me. I wouldn’t say the controls are excellent because I do have problems with one out of 15 contacts that are bad and not useable

Sent back a months supply and was never refunded even after calling. Rep stated she would look into it and never followed up and refund never issued.

The price is right and the delivery aspect is great. But the quality of the contacts are low, they get uncomfortable after 5 hrs of wear and they dry out my eyes at the end of the night.
