Huge hassle // poor quality
Cancelling is a huge hassle and the contacts themselves are poor quality and they didn’t even send me the correct prescription. Will never do this again.

The worst contacts I’ve ever used. Thick, uncomfortable. Hard to cancel the subscription.

I love the customer service and the idea, but the contacts have absolutely no oxygen flow into my eyes, and they dry my eyes out like crazy. I have sensitive blue eyes anyway, but it constantly feels as though I have grit in my eyes and the drying out factor is unbearable. I have been using Hubble for 6-8 months now, and there is no change. I am so sorry.

Great service but the contacts themselves are horrible.

Good customer service but not a good product. Hurt my eyes and made them dry.

I am happy with the product but to cancel you have to call- totally crazy to wait for a rep.

Decent but wasn’t “Wowwed”. I was a customer for about a year and a half. It is easy to get sucked in, as the subscription service makes it very easy. The contacts themselves are of an inferior technology when compared to some of the markets newer brands and materials used. The contacts are not as breathable or lubricated as other contact I had used previously, and newer ones I am currently using. The contacts do work ok initially but to seem to degrade and dry out by the end of the day. I found them to get cloudier as the day progressed. By the end of they day I felt they were significantly tackier and almost completely un-lubricated. The subscription service is nice and shows up dependably. I had a few contacts that were torn or ripped. Customer service treated me fairly and sent me a replacement box, which was generous. When hubble raised their price a few months back, I knew it was time to try something new. One suggestion - have a cancellation option online. Currently, to cancel, a customer must call Hubble directly. Calling directly and dealing with a rep is a hassle in itself, but Hubble operates on east coast time and keeps very banker-like hours. It was a chore for me to remember to call during the middle of the work day (I am in the western US) spend time on hold, and then deal with the cancellation. The intention is clearly to make it a bit of a hassle to keep the consumer subscribed. I get it, but it feels like a manufactured obstacle that is too obviously unnecessary and manipulative.

Only has single view lenses and does not follow directions on when to ship replacement contacts
