Contact lenses what u provide make my vision worse on short time. No way to cancel subscription I trying call send email, and my payment are still collected when I no longer use your product. Worse experience what I ever have. DO NOT RECOMMEND to no one

terrible people, terrible contacts. I asked to cancel my subscription and they did not do it.

How do u dam well cancel these lenes..
How do u dam well cancel these lenes... over a year trying!! Can anyone help me... Email's never answer, phoned calls never taken.. 3 different numbers!! £360 a year I'm wasting... as I do not need them anymore. I will add I have always being happy with the product. Just want to cancel now!!!

I sent back a unopened parcel
I sent back a unopened parcel. I never saw the content in the package. For three weeks I waited for my 139.98 to be credit to my card and they never did. When I called customer service they claim that they only received one box of two and they were going to refund me only 69.99. If that was the case why they never refund anything until I called. I never open the parcel because their policy stated only unopened packages will be refund. My bank has open an investigation due to fishy transaction. BE AWARE of this company!

I am just confused with the numbers you've mentioned which are $139.98 and $69.99 which we do not have that kind of charges here in Hubble. Since you are from the US we only have a $39 per subscription charge. It looks like you are referring to our sister company but I'd love to further investigate this for you. Awful
Have been using contact lenses for over 10 years and can safely say these are the worst contacts I have ever used and will not be returning. I have instances where it can take up to 3 different lenses to fit comfortably in the eye & that is not to mention the numerous times I will be out and the contact dries, finds itself loose and falls from the eye. Whatever you do do not buy!

Hi Josh, we are truly sorry to hear about this. All lenses are brand specific and doesn't work for everybody, it must match with your prescription when you order to avoid any issues like this. We totally understand the feedback since our eyes are very important and we only wanted to use products that would work best. These are by far the worst contacts…
These are by far the worst contacts I've ever used. You can tell how incredibly cheap they are. They dry out quickly and bother my eyes to no end.
