My first disappointment is that the Contact lenses would be broken, ripped, irritating on the edges, so that would make them unusable and then I would have an uneven number of contacts. Then every so often the price increases.

J'ai voulu essayer Hubble pour réduire le coût des lentilles quotidiennes, qui me reviennent à environ 50 euros par mois chez Optical Center. Alors oui, quand on commande la boîte d'essai à un tarif avantageux, on est automatiquement abonné et prélevé tous les mois - mais, sauf erreur de ma part, c'est bien écrit en gros et en toutes lettres, non ? Même avec ce tarif normal (29,95 euros par mois + 1,17 euro de frais bancaires - je suis à la CIC - qui eux par contre n'étaient pas annoncés... soit 31,12 euros par mois), ça restait moins cher, donc banco. En revanche, je me suis vite aperçu que j'éprouvais souvent une gêne au moment de la pose des lentilles, une sorte de frottement désagréable qui généralement se dissipe au bout de quelques minutes, mais pas toujours. Si bien que j'étais parfois content d'avoir gardé une boîte de mes anciennes lentilles Optical Center et que je les remettais parfois quand les lentilles Hubble me faisaient trop mal ! Plus gênant : j'ai l'impression depuis que j'utilise ces lentilles que je vois moins bien, surtout de loin et y compris lorsque je porte des lunettes, ce qui m'inquiète un peu (je précise que je ne suis pas retourné voir l'ophtalmo depuis, donc je n'ai pas de certitude, juste une impression). Bref, j'ai décidé de mettre fin à mon contrat et de retourner chez mon ancien fournisseur, qui à payer plus cher... en attendant de trouver mieux !

They were not comfortable. Also only one size sphere and bc. Dried out very quickly. Was going through 2 pairs a day. And tore very easily too!

Over-priced contacts, intentionally difficult to cancel

They were good for the price when I first started ordering them a year or two ago. Never the most comfortable contacts, but cheaper than most, and wearable throughout the day. Recently, it seems, the quality has gone down. every pair I put in, at least one eye doesn't have clear vision through the lens. I know it isn't just my eyes, because it isn't always the same eye, and when I use the other brand of disposable contacts I also have, I don't have this problem. Around the same time this started happening, I also noticed the contacts have a subtle "HUB" logo printed on them, which I hadn't noticed before. Hopefully they can improve their quality again; the subscription thing was nice, and they were pretty easy to work with.
