Excellent customer service, but terrible contact lenses
Customer service and ease of having contacts delivered monthly = 5 stars. Contact lenses themselves = 1 Star. I went to my opthamologist after more than a year of using Hubble contacts, and I let her know my eyes were constantly dry, red, irritated. She suggested I go back to my old contact lenses (Acuvue Oaysys) because she said “the material that Hubble uses for its contact lenses is what was used 30 years ago. It’s a very cheap and rubbery material.” I’ve gone back to my old contact lenses and all of the previous eye issues are now resolved.
