I wish there was an option to reorder for a specific time instead of in incrememenrs. Like I don’t always go through the same amount of contacts on a consistent basis, but it would be nice if there was a way to order when I get down to my last 7 pairs and have a new box in a week

They are not as comfortable as other newer brands. Uses older technology - need to update the lenses for comfort. They get dry and they are not very comfortable at all.

it's convenient, affordbale but sometimes the contacts cause irritation. not sure if this is just me

This was the first contact lenses subscription that I've ever done, but I've tried others through a trial program. I ended up coming back to hubble because it was a better deal and a better fit. However, I've noticed that the comfortable wear that I liked before has decreased throughout the months. Just putting a pair on for the first time of the day it already feels uncomfortable. I'd take them off and try another pair and its the same. At one time, I tried a different brand and it didn't give me problems. I don't know if the quality has decreased, but they no longer feel as good as they did before. 3-stars given for that, and because it is still a good deal, but these are my only set of eyes, so I may or may not be shopping around for a more comfortable set.

Customer service was very quick to respond to my emails about an issue with my contact shipment and said they would mail them out asap. However, this was over a month ago and still no contacts. I had to send a complaint/follow up reminder email, and they said they would ship them overnight, expediently. (Hopefully this works and I can finally get the contacts I paid for). *UPDATE* Hubble did a really good job of responding to emails and overnight shipped my contacts to me. Thank you, Hubble! I'll continue to use your contacts :)

I got a £1 offer for 2 weeks' supply and the lenses were fine. I've had worse, had better. No issues with the product. The standard monthly cost is £27 (I think) once you include shipping and this is actually much more expensive than other suppliers. But the shipping times are the real issue. I think they are a NL based company, so shipping takes 5-7 working days to the UK. I'm still waiting for my new box of lenses and I ran out 5 days ago - they don't allow for this time in their despatch scheduling. So it's a bit of a pain and I decided to cancel (although I could simply change the delivery schedule, I couldn't really be bothered to do that when you consider they're more expensive too). You can only cancel via phone - I think this is a bit cheeky because obviously it gives them the chance to persuade you to change your mind - although they aren't pushy. It would be good to have an email option like most other online companies. So if you're taken in by the £1 offer or the cool branding and Instagram ads (like I was!) then hopefully this is some food for thought. I'll be going back to contact lenses.co.uk.

The only problem I have is last month I got the same prescription for both eyes when I should have let them know but I didn’t which is my fault.

The quality of the contacts themselves (manufacturing) is and has been on a slow but steady slope downwards for the past several months. The cost or convenience of the subscription is being matched with competitors, but neither seem much appealing any more anyways. Been considering going back to name brand boxes out of pocket as needed.
