Still waiting on delivery
Still waiting on delivery! It's been a week in the mail! Be prepared that every order takes a week to get if not longer from the process date. Love the contacts. Easy reorder nice packaging.

A decent option for affordable contacts…
A decent option for affordable contacts and great value options. Easy to order a range of contacts online, as well as manage your orders and even subscriptions. Customer support is always helpful and quick to respond. Their variety of contacts is limited to the Hubble brand, but they do range from basic to high quality, breathable eye contact options. Have had minor issues with order/subscription management in the past, but customer support was always quick to rectify and assist. Would recommend to anyone looking for value in their eye contact purchases.

Love the price and the convenience
Love the price and the convenience. Even the shipping has gotten faster and more reliable. My only concern is sometimes I have to throw away a few of the contacts, they come torn or chipped. Other than that I’m completely satisfied.

I like the brand
I like the brand, but at times they seem dry coming out of the package & my shipping date seemed to have changed

Flawed customer service: have constantly told you people that…
I have constantly told you people that I wanted my deduction taken on the 3rd of the month. You always say you can't do it. Isn't that true customer service to work with me on my subscription???

At this time, subscription charges are set on a 28-day frequency, which means the charge date can shift from month to month. While we don’t currently have the option to automatically process orders on a fixed date like the 3rd of every month, we truly appreciate you calling this out. This is a great way to get contacts
This is a great way to get contacts! I've only ever had a problem with not receiving them when they are sent via Amazon. But the two times it has happened, they have sent me a replacement order at no cost which is super helpful. They are always very nice and friendly.
