U GUYS NEED TO PUT THE BLACK INK DARKER ON UR PACKAGE FOR THE SIZE, THEY WERE FINE NOW EVERYONE HAS TO PUT GLASSES ON TO READ THE SIZE NOW! Ridiculous!

Some of the contacts I get have some…
Some of the contacts I get have some rips on them when I put them in it’s like sandpaper in my eye

I've worn your Daily contacts for years…
I've worn your Daily contacts for years and never had any issue with my subscription before. This past order was cancelled due to the Dr. not getting back to you. I happened to find this out by my credit card company notifying me that a credit was given to me from you. No notice was sent from you to me. That was odd.

I was not happy because I have gotten…
I was not happy because I have gotten in my last shipment of lenses 5 ripped lenses, chunks taken out of the lenses and I’ve had to throw them in the trash now I’m out of lenses because I lost 5 days of lenses due to manufacturing

Almost every time I open a new box of…
Almost every time I open a new box of contacts, I always get a contact lens that looks like a piece of it is not there or maybe has a little chip out of it. I put it in and it hurts my eye. I pull it out and notice it. I like the convenience of getting the contacts in the mail though.

I liked having the contacts show up in…
I liked having the contacts show up in the mail every month. the packaging was perfect and they were the cheapest contacts I could find. I dont like the website, its stupid and hard to navigate. I used hubble for probly a decade until recently they said they couldn't verify my prescription that hasn't changed in a decade. They canceled my subscription so I guess that was a sign to find better contacts!
