Would like if Hubble had more than just daily wear contacts available. I hate changing my contacts everyday! It’s a nuisance.

It’s 2019, you shouldn’t have to call.

Hi Kyla, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am so sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with our cancellation policy. We have this in place for several reasons, the main reason being that it allows us to have a more personalized experience with our customer base, and also allows us to resolve issues that are the cause of cancellation in the first place. I can see that you have not reached out to our customer support team at this point. To cancel, please call 1-619-404-0542 between 9AM and 5PM EST, Monday through Friday. Best, Samantha

Very convenient. Good contacts and great price. Only issue I've ever had - I moved and a box of my contacts was delivered to my old address before I could get online to change it. I called customer service and the woman stated, "Well can't you just stop by and get it?" No ma'am. I can't go back to the house I was renting in DC. Not only because it was a rental and I'm sure they current tenants just tossed them, but also because i now live in Georgia. But thank you so much for your help. I never got a refund or replacement box which was annoying.

At first it’s great and you get to pick how often and when which is great but like anything else be careful the prices do continue to go up which is the reasoning of the 3 star

The service is fine, the contacts are 1980's technology. You get what you pay for!

Lately I have been receiving some contacts that are torn or pieces missing. Just lately it seems. Otherwise it has been good.

Diana
I loved the fact that they gave a two week trial when I first signed up. However, I later realized that so many of the contacts from my annual subscription were unwearable or damaged. There for I feel like I actually ended up throwing more than the 2 week trial away. Other than that they are convenient.
