A lot of times when I receive the contacts, there is particles in the solution. Plus Atleast 1 out of a row is a ripped contact when I go to put it in. I might have 2 of the 7 days a week that I have no issues at all with these contacts.

Changed service to receive contacts every other month but still received them each month and was billed each month. The amount on my bill changed 3 times. I didn’t update my payment information after my card expired, and Hubble keeps calling me - at this time I’m not receiving contacts (obviously). Then after about 2 months suddenly Hubble is billing my account directly and I’m receiving contacts. I called multiple times only to be left on hold or passed around til I would give up. It is actually more expensive to use Hubble than it is to just go to an eye doctor and get your contacts that way.

Customer service has been hit or miss. Lately I've also had to replace contacts right after putting them in - it seems that some have quality issues, which is making me nervous. I'll be canceling my subscription

They break easily and I end up throwing them away. Money waste in the garbage. Winter time it's difficult to wear them

I’ve reached out twice to customer service regarding some contacts being dry and three ripped before wearing and never heard back.

While the company itself is great, unfortunately, the contacts themselves were not. They were supposed to be daily contacts, but for me, they were more like 6 hour contacts. I don’t know what it was about them, but I couldn’t even replace that pair with a new pair because they immediately irritated my eyes. So it was six hours a day max for that type of contact, period, which is rather strange. I don’t know if the materials are just wrong for my eyes or what, but eventually I had to quit buying them because I would have to have my glasses on hand about halfway thru my day. Nice that they weren’t as expensive, but sadly didn’t work out for me.

I’ve received my contacts several days after I ran out @ least 30% of the time since 2017. No room for error: If you accidentally rip a contact, lose a contact or simply need a new pair for any other reason, you’re out of luck. Emailed Hubble 5/30/19 (2 days after I ran out) & here’s the response I received: “I’m glad you checked in about this. It looks like there was some kind of issue during shipping with Order xxxxxxxx. I went ahead and created a new replacement for you order xxxxxxx and sent it through today. Although shipping is beyond our control, we’re doing all we can to make this right! Truly sorry if it caused you any inconvenience! Your new order should arrive within a few business days.” While I greatly appreciate customer service’s expeditious response & apology, my contacts didn’t show up for another 7 days. No refund, no expedited shipping- nada. Had to reuse my last pair for 9 days & it was extremely uncomfortable. I’ll cancel my Hubble subscription as soon as my company’s vision benefits kick in.

Many times contacts are dirty, have fuzzon them or the solution is not in the packet. They barely arrive on time some months. Price is good.
