I've had a subscription for a couple years now. Recently, the distributor in CA opted to outsource delivery to a discount carrier UniUni. The package was left in an unusual spot and subsequently stolen. Hubble replaced the package.

My overall experience with this company has been great. I order monthly and its always on time. I've had only one mishap in five years. This was only because a prescription was delivered with only one side (box) was missing. I had to contact customer service and this was my first experience with someone on a live call. They were absolutely excellent, kind and understanding. They worked quickly and timely to correct the mistake which I don't believe was on their end. Upon inspecting the delivery it looked to be taped oddly by another party. Upon my interaction they were quick to send another order to me immediately, which arrived promptly. At no extra charge. I have recommended Hubble to a number of family members, friends, and co-workers alike throughout the past five years. Right now I've had over 400 of them join /or switch to Hubble based on my experience and recommendation alone. Thank you in advance Hubble Mr Montijo
