I love the contacts! My only problem is with the website. I feel that it could be more user friendly. It's difficult to find where to cancel a shipment/subscription or to manage your account.

Great cheap contacts, but some of them irritate my eyes

They are good contacts. I like the idea of new contacts on a daily basis. I just wish they had colored lenses.

I like the price and the delivery, but the quality is lower than others.

I'm new to wearing contacts and had almost given up on them before I found Hubble. I found the monthly contacts to be very uncomfortable and my doctor said the next option would be daily wear contacts which I just couldn't justify the cost. At $1 a day, Hubble contacts are definitely affordable, and I find them to be WAY more comfortable than my old monthly lenses. My only "complaint" (and that's really too strong of a word...) is that it would be nice to have a reminder when my replenishment order is about to ship, giving me an opportunity to skip if needed. The subscription and delivery schedule pages are a little clunky, but any time I've run into issues, the customer service agents I spoke with over the phone and via email/messaging were great and able to quickly and thoroughly resolve my issue.

I don't like that they don't send the exact script that they get from my eye dr. Other than that, they are shipped timely, durable and affordable.

I was thrilled to receive my first box. about two moths later we had one minor set back, i was charged and the company said my contacts were mailed but it took weeks to receive them. once i got them the prescription was wrong. i was very angry and called and complained. However, the situation was resolved by hubble they sent me a refund and replacement! that was about 6 months or more prior to this date and i must say hubble has been an amazing discovery for me! In fact i recommend this company to anyone i know who wears contacts

I have nothing but good things to say about Hubble. Excellent services.
