They missed sending me my contacts for the month of May. I sent them an email about it, no response. Called their call center, spoke to someone who I could barely understand and she sent the contacts out 2 weeks later. In the meantime, I had no contacts at all. Also, there have been numerous occasions where the lens is dry because the liquid drained. No replacements were provided.

The contacts are OK, not perfect for excellent vision. The price seems to go up every year so I’m trying to determine what options I have. I like the convenience of getting them monthly and being able to rely on them arriving just in time.

Good priced, but I consistently get bad shaped ones in my boxes. This last time it cut my eye because it got stuck up in my eyelid and caused pink eye infection. Kind of a bummer. But otherwise....I like the price compared to name brands.

They're not as good as other daily contact brands but have a good enough price point for me to keep buying them.

Way too often my contacts arrive late. This makes it difficult to depend on Hubble for all my vision needs.

My daughter has astigmatism and is in her prescription, however Hubble does not have astigmatism contacts as an option. Even with it in her prescription, she does not receive them that way.

Contacts are great but contacting some one is a joke. Also getting in to my account is difficult.

This company has wonderful customer service no doubt . Any issues I’ve had they have taken care of. The contacts don’t last all day they dry out really fast, but the company has replaced a full month and helped me in anyway possible.
