I love that they come every month without ordering.But they are more expensive than 1800 contacts

I generally love them but I occasionally have an issue separating the individual lense packs which results in the attached pack tearing. Then I need to either use that one or it dries out. Generally I notice and am able to use it but sometimes I don’t notice, then I have to throw that lense out.

Very poor customer service! Would be nice to have a reminder that an order is about to process in case you don’t need more at the moment.

It took a week for my contacts to be delivered. They were supposed to come on September 18, but instead, they came on September 24.

Love everything except that you can’t change the delivery date other than a few selections.

These contacts are ok, but overpriced for the quality especially once shipping is factored into it. Dry out quickly throughout the day. They come at the just the right time though.

Account on website is hard to manage. Can’t find how to upload new prescriptions

Ordering is easy, but there needs easier options for holding off orders than the current system. I only wear mine occasionally and current have enough to wear for three years! Other than that, I’m fine with them.
