I like the product but I don't like the subscription frequencies that are offered. I need more time in between and it's not offered.

Hubble customer service is great! Unfortunately, the contacts are... not that great. They certainly work and the prescription is correct. They arrive on time every time. However, my eyes have been feeling really dry, and I find that I can't wear contacts as long anymore (since starting with Hubble). I thought it was just me, but I looked up information about Hubble and found out that they use an older-technology material that is cheaper, and doesn't allow your eyes to breathe as much (less oxygen = tired and dry/sore eyes). I am not sure how long I will continue, because of this.

I wanted to try the first free Hubble contacts so I made an account and gave my credit and I ordered them for $1 and I got it in 3-4 days but after two weeks I noticed that I was charged $128 for the subscription, which I never intended to do, and the package is on its to me,but I want to cancel and get my money back, so what would be the best course of action to take here.

I love my contacts! Customer service has not been the best though. I have found it difficult to use the online method of contact and the verbal contact has failed me also. Hope they get this part of their business working because they are my favorite contacts ever!

I have had 3 to 4 pairs per box come out mal formed or out of shape..and have to be disposed of to the trash..do the math...not really happy..thanks for letting me speak my mind...

The contacts seem to be good quality. Only wish they had contacts for Astigmatism contacts. Thanks

Not the best product but I love the convenience

There’s only one size in contacts so it makes it difficult to get a proper fitting.Also it was very difficult to cancel. I’m hoping that the cancellation went through because it said in the email please review we love having you as our family.
