Awful cancellation experience
Awful cancellation experience. Scam design to sign you up as quickly as possible without email notification that the next charge is coming. I'm all for free trials and companies making money from subscriptions, but other companies notify their customers before the first charge.

Son unos estafadores
Son unos estafadores. Les dije que cancelaran mi suscripción hace meses y no hay manera. Al teléfono no contesta nunca nadie, sin importar el rato que estés llamando o la hora que sea. A los correos tampoco responde nadie. Y mientras te van cobrando 30 euros y recibiendo lentillas que no uso ni necesito. Habiendo caducado mi targeta, me enviaron un email para avisarme que no podian cobrarlo y no se como lo han conseguido, han seguido cobrandome! Estoy harta y no se que hacer ya!

Terrible customer service.
You cannot cancel your subscription yourself and have to email help@ to do so. I emailed in November with no response, and the payment is still coming out of my account. It means I've spent nearly £90 on contacts that will go straight in the bin.

Delayed shipping caused me to have no…
Delayed shipping caused me to have no contacts (and I have bad vision). Even after being a customer for 3 years they only told me I was wrong in how I interpreted the “Set to Deliver” date.

Unable to unsubscribe despite sending…
Unable to unsubscribe despite sending out emails to which I've not received a response. The lenses were uncomfortable after a few hours of being in my eyes after starting the trial. They make it impossible to unsubscribe and then charge for the next pack before you're able to unsubscribe. Ridiculous

There is no contact person to talk to…
There is no contact person to talk to it seems like a ghost company. I needed to update my card info for payment and had to do all the process again just to update it.

£1 hubble contact lense offer
I thought I'd try hubble contact lenses so paid the £1 for a couple of weeks offer. Without knowing I think I've been subscribed for monthly ordering. This is outrageous...it wasn't made clear and I've tried to fill the cancellation form out but it won't let me!!! Therefore this review is to hopefully get their attention as emails haven't been answered. Not happy!!!

Overall
Overall, the contacts are okay but for someone with sensitive eyes I can’t wear them. My eyes get too irritated. Probably works for someone who doesn’t have sensitive eyes though. On the other hand, I was charged for two subscriptions that I cancelled and was told they couldn’t refund my money. So I paid $84 for contacts I can’t even wear. They say this is due to them already shipping them out and using a third part company but I contacted them WITHIN AN HOUR of being charged once I checked my bank account and saw it. Yet they were “already shipped out” and “couldn’t refund my money”. But when I did the $1 subscription a while back and my dr didn’t approve it, they refunded me the $1 that was already processed in my account. Guess it’s a different story when it’s $84 vs $1 🤷‍♀️ Mind you again, these were charges for subscriptions that I was told were cancelled. Poor customer service.
