Poor quality, waste of money. Disappointed , maybe I got a bad batch.

For the first two months everything was great and then I quickly noticed that the product we're not consistent in that strength of the contacts and the quality of the packing was bad I got several contacts where the actual contact was stamped into the film that seals it an the contacts were ruined! After that I had a very difficult time trying to cancel my subscription with Hubble and was not satisfied at all with how things were handled I would not recommend this company to anyone now

Contacts are kinda flimsy, and why is there no option to cancel online. Should make it easier than having to talk to someone on the phone

Loved the service, then i found out I couldn’t use their service due to my prescription changing. Canceling and getting a refund has been a real pain.

I just don’t think there up to par. My prescription Just isn’t the same as from the doctors.

Although I like the convenient ordering for contacts, I am very disappointed in the quality. My eyes dry out way too quickly inside of two hours. And I have taken out fresh contacts to only find they have been inverted in the sealed container, only after placing them in my eyes to experience pain at first insertion! Not a happy moment when your eye immediately starts to water!

First of all, I though the contacts will be good. The first box was ok, not as good as my other contact lenses but decent enough. The second box, however, showed the true colours. Some of the contact lenses containers were opened so the lenses dried out. The contacts dry out in my eye so quickly and are quite uncomfortable. Interestingly, this discomfort is present only some days and it nearly seems to me that each contact has a different shape. Also, you have to call to cancel the subscription. You cannot just cancel it online.

Not cheaper. There is no warning when your free trial is up so you're automatically charged. They're not super comfortable and they get dry before the end of the day. If you live in the desert or a very dry environment, then reading a computer screen can be difficult. The transition from outside to inside is noticeable and weird. There's no way to cancel your subscription online, you have to call them.
