I have used Hubble for 6 months. Their contacts are not good quality. 4-5 pairs each month don't fit correctly. I am discontinuing my prescription.

they got my address wrong and they mailed me the wrong prescription

The contacts were not right for me and I was not allowed to get refunds every time I sent the contacts back! Cancellation was very hard. Not getting any of my money back was very upsetting. If your customer is not satisfied with the product, they should get their money back. At this point I would not recommend Hubble.

Nothing wrong with the contacts but they dont work for me as I learned I need torric lenses and they dont offer them but service is frustrating to cancel and get a hold of someone. I've had to push out recurring shipments just to avoid getting charged while they still havent cancelled my subscription even when I requested it.

I love the concept, but it’s unclear that by requesting a trial box you’re signing up for the full subscription service ! Don’t be fooled...

Aufgrund des Preises in Ordnung als Linsen zum "üben" fürs einsetzen/rausnehmen, wenn man auf Kontaktlinsen umsteigen möchte. Sind bereits nach ein bis zwei Stunden sehr unangenehem, Tragekomfort ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Nach dem Erhalt der Probebox direkt gekündigt - das ging problemlos und schnell.

I have tried to cancel my subscription several times. I have 5 boxes I can't even wear they will not stay in place and the my left eye keeps going blurry.. it isn't my eyes I switched brands and it works wonderful

Not good quality contacts fell out easily. It was also very hard to cancel my subscription.
