Horrible company I have tried to cancel my subscription twice. Finally they canceled it in November even though I was charged in November, then in December I was not charged did not receive any contacts. credit card is charged twice for two orders of contacts in January even though my subscription has been canceled since November speaking with the representative at customer service they said I got charged twice this month because they forgot to charge me last month never in the year before that I had a subscription hadThey forgot to charge me for a month, they told me since the contacts had been mailed out they cannot give me a refund. I would have to take the contacts when they arrived to the post office pay for the shipping back and then they would refund my money only have a week to do that while I'm waiting for the contacts to be sent to my home , the money was taken out on January 13. I received the contacts on January 19 which means I do not have time to take them back in order to have my money. Finally got a hold of someone to make sure that my subscription was canceled, but there's nothing that they can further to , thank God I'm going locally with her eyeglass company .

Hi Jessa, I’m sorry to hear about the charges on your account. I can confirm that our representatives have processed a full refund of $107.94 for the two January orders and have canceled your subscription. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. Additionally, I’ve reviewed our records and don’t currently see a successful cancellation request submitted by email or phone. To help us better understand what may have happened, I will reach out to you via email to gather a few more details, including how and when you attempted to cancel the subscription. Any information you’re able to share would be greatly appreciated as we look into this for you. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

Hubble is very convenient and reasonably priced. If you need to change how often or how many contacts you want to order it is a very easy process. I’ve been using them for several years now and haven’t ever had any issues.
