If you're having problems with your lenses, please reach out to our team via email and we'll connect you with our quality team. We appreciate your feedback on not having an automatic subscription service. Unfortunately, it’s not something that’s in our future plans at this time. We also believe that daily wear disposable lenses are much healthier for your eyes. With dailies, you are putting a fresh, sterile set of lenses in your eyes each day. Overuse of lenses is not recommended as it can lead to problems including, but not limited to, bacterial growth and protein buildup over time. I’m so happy to hear that you’re loving the lenses, although I understand that you are concerned about the environmental impact that the trash from daily lenses will result in. We are doing what we can to provide fresh and clean daily lenses while keeping the environment in mind. Our materials are all 100% recyclable. If there's more we can be doing, we're definitely looking into it while still being able to provide an affordable lens.
