Hubbles give what they promise. I just personally don't like daily contacts. I also had an issue with them charging me and sending me contacts for an expired prescription... which is illegal. They refused to take the refund back despite this. I also had an issue with closing my account. I was given the run around when trying to close it.

Mail order is a great idea but these contacts are way too dry. I purchased them for my daughter and myself. They either pop out of your eye(s) or after being in most of the day, it's very difficult to get them out of your eye. Too bad. I've cancelled our subscriptions.

I would have put one star, but the contacts have worked out just fine, so I give two. I subscribed to Hubble for several months, almost a year I think, but I can’t remember off the top of my head. Autopay ensured I’d have my contacts and Hubble would get their money. Recently, I had to move myself, family of 5, and 4 dogs out of state, over 400 miles to attend to my husband’s dying father. Life is crazy right now. I called Hubble and told them I’d need to pause the shipments until I could finish the move and get a PO Box set up. When I emailed and called I was immediately met with negativity. I wasn’t asking for any money back at all, to be clear, I called and explained why I needed to temporarily cancel the shipments. Both people who wrote me back and spoke to me, immediately took a firm and almost defensive position. They not only did not acknowledge anything that I said (did I mention life is pretty rough these days), but immediately went into a long explanation as to why the contacts are not refundable. Remember when I said I wasn’t asking for a refund? Seems the representatives couldn’t hear that. I figure that Hubble either provides working conditions that are so dismal that their employees are condescending and unhelpful, or maybe people just don’t really actively listen? Either way, it was a huge turn off, as to me, customer service is everything. I’d never communicated with Hubble about any issue prior to this, and fully intended to reinstate my subscription once moved, but now I dread communicating with anyone from Hubble and it’s honestly such a huge turnoff, I may as well just go to Walmart for contacts if I wanted to interact with an abysmal excuse for customer service.

I found them uncomfortable and very dry. Couldn’t even last the day without them irritating me which is Uncommon for me, I usually sleep with my contacts with no problem. Wanted to love, sorry!

Hubble contacts have a good price but it didn't work out for me because they made my eyes so dry. I cancelled my subscription over the phone. I even tried my login which didn't work because my account "did not exist" anymore. So I felt sure that it had been cancelled. However I was still charged and sent a box of contacts the next month. Apparently I needed to email them directly as I reside in California. Not the greatest system and customer service could have been better.

customer service staff was hired contractor, not being upfront about restocking fees. Disappointed...

Hate that you can't cancel online, you HAVE to call. Very frustrating 👎👎👎
