Hi Kim, that does sound really frustrating. I looked into it and the July order got stuck because of a shipping address issue (on our end!). For the driver, I can't speak to why he would be confused but I am really sorry he bothered you all just for this delivery. Let us make this right to you. For future reference, you can cancel your subscription directly through the customer portal by going to the Subscription section and selecting the cancel button from the options section. You can also manage your subscription there by changing your delivery frequency or postponing shipments if you’re not ready for your next order.
