I cancelled my subscription over the…
I cancelled my subscription over the phone but a week later I got a box through the door and have been billed £27. So whoever I spoke to on the phone didn't actually cancel it for me, now I'm left with contact lenses that I don't want as I had the trial and they're the worst contacts I've ever tried, really uncomfortable, I can't even wear them. Can't return them as they won't provide me with a postage label that I can use in the UK. Awful customer service. Stay away!

Bad lenses and bad customer service.
Ordered the trial, lenses didn't fit well. Didn't realise I had been signed up to the monthly lens subscription as I hadn't received an email or anything about it until I got a package from Hubble. I wasn't sure what it was as I hadn't ordered anything but it turns out they were lenses. Called them to cancel and asked to send them back for a refund refund but they refused to refund me because I had opened the postage box even though the actual lens boxes were still unopened!

In our TOS, we also outline the cancellation policy, as well as the return and refund policy. We're unable to accept returns if the outer shipping package has ben opened, as these are medical devices and we must be positive that they have not been tampered with in any way. Additionally, by logging into your Hubble account, you can view and even edit your delivery schedule to suit your needs up until you have been charged. Average, quite expensive lenses and bad customer service
Unacceptable that I can’t cancel online or by even calling at the weekend. I work during their opening hours so at the moment I’m trapped into my subscription! Furthermore, I tried to return some, following their instruction, by writing “return to sender” on the unopened box and they got posted back to me. Why don’t they offer an option to print off a new label or something? Since the lenses don’t suit my eyes I have wasted £27 and can’t do anything about it at the moment! Furthermore, the lenses are no better than those I can get for cheaper elsewhere. Disappointing.

It's a trap
It's a trap. The only way to cancel subscription is to call payed number which no one ever picks up! All decent providers provide online cancelation option. Avoid this scam.
