Very easy to sign up for but a night mare to cancel . I received trial box and further delivery for £27 . I then had a change of prescription and lenses were no longer suitable . I emailed company to explain and advised I had to call special number Monday to Friday 9. - 5 . I tried 5o call several times but n9 answer . I am a nurse and was using my meal break time to try to get order cancelled . Still no answer . Meanwhile company continued to take £27 from my accoun5 and send unsuitable lenses . Eventually after a frantic email from me and a further £27 from my account they agreed to cancel my subscription . They should be ashamed !

i signed up for a free trial as I have done with many other contact lenses companies. The website was easy to use and i thought I would give them a go. The contact lenses were of very poor quality much worse than my current ones (Softlens Daily Disposable Bausch & Lomb) which are half the price. Didn't want anymore but they turn up at my door & i've been charged £30!! Absolutely outrageous!! And to make matters worse you cannot cancel online - Awful awufl company avoid at all costs!!

Ordered the trial having been impressed with similar subscriptions in other industries (Cornerstone etc.) - what a contrast! Their websites are transparent, easy to change/cancel orders, and email you to warn of an upcoming delivery/payment. These cowboys are the complete opposite. The trial arrived, I've not even opened then yet, but 5 days later I see a £27 payment on my online banking! No warning, I didn't actively sign-up to any continued subscription - absolutely awful. Completely exploitative. The fact you can do everything online OTHER THAN cancel a subscription is borderline fraud these days. Oh and it's not an actual DD so can't cancel it through my bank - how very convenient.

Got their trial box. Quality is very average, they are bit thicker than johnson and johson or total1, as well vision is not as sharp as with other lenses. But the worst thing that 5 lenses in trial box came out faulty- little piece on the edge of the lenses was ripped. the service isn't great either- after placing a trial order, I had to contact them to activate an account so I could see next payment day. And to cancel subscription- you have to call them...

First of all the contacts are terrible quality, they’re thin and so drying I wanted to claw my eyes out... they also fell out of my eyes and never in my life wearing contacts have I EVER experienced that!! I tried out the trial and set my subscription to every 4 months (because I didn’t even want to use the subscription service) and within a week after receiving the trial they charged me for TWO MONTHS???? Customer service ignored my emails and when they eventually answered they took days to respond delaying the returning process... it took forever to get them to accept my return and they still to this day never refunded me. They scammed me into sending the product back and I paid over $60 for one month including shipping and duty charges ... unbelievable

These contact lenses are just terrible. My vision was very poor when wearing them and then when I tried to cancel after the trial I was told I had to call. I stated in email that I was giving them written notice of my cancellation and that I'd pass the matter onto my lawyer if they did not respond. They then managed to cancel my subscription via email straight away. Why make it so hard? Why not allow customers to cancel or pause subscriptions online? My advice to you if you're thinking of signing up: don't. My advice to you if you're trying to cancel and they're making it hard: they can do it via email, so make them. It is your right as a customer to cancel via writing. I think Hubble might need to brush up on their consumer rights law. Steer clear.

Terrible contacts, a pain to cancel auto-subscription after free box - you have to call and will be stuck on hold for a long time. I asked how to return- they sent me the shipping label to return the boxes but once they got there told me they told me they are no longer eligible for a refund. So I wasted $90 on nothing.
