I have worn contact lenses for 12 years…
I have worn contact lenses for 12 years and have never had problems with dryness or discomfort, with the Hubble contacts this is a daily issue. Turns out they're cheap for a reason.

They are scam business
They are scam business, they lie and say "Free trial contacts' no commitments' then sign you up for a subscription that is impossible to cancel! Deceptive, and deceitful practices, avoid them like AIDS!

Sent Incorrect Prescription, Never Received Refunds, Terrible Costumer Service
I submitted my prescription and doctor information to the website for a free trial. I got the trial lens in the mail and neither eye had the correct prescription. I emailed right away and was informed that they did not have my prescription available. Instead of cancelling my prescription through the support emails, they informed me that I had to call to cancel. I forgot and received a few more boxes in the mail. As soon as I received them, I wrote "return to sender" on them (per their instruction) and dropped each box in the mailbox. Hubble says they have not received any of my boxes back even though it had been months. This company is a scam. They refuse to issue refunds until they receive the boxes which seem to have been lost in the mail. Someone is getting rich off others' misfortune with this company.

Literally don't bother
Literally don't bother, total scam they just sign you up for a contact and charge you whenever they like.

Read the reviews, don't do it.
Contacts were OK, not amazing but didn't cause me any discomfort. But like other customers...the service is appalling. I received and was charged for a full order 16 days after my trial box, despite adjusting my frequency to 56 days and the next shipment date showing as that in my account. This amount of contacts would last me about 6 months! I managed to call and cancel (although it sounded like I was talking to an AI bot not a person), have returned the contacts and will keep fingers crossed for a refund. Terrible website, dishonest processes and service. Unbelievable that any new company would operate in this way.

I emailed them after the trial, they said they had cancelled my account, yet I still received another box and was charged £27. Absolutely untrustworthy and an utter scam!

Free trial for £3... or was that to lure me into a contract and re occurring payments each month.

Echt verschrikkelijk!
Echt verschrikkelijk! De slechtste lenzen die ik ook heb gehad. Heb ze meteen weggedonderd. Heb het hele proefsetje niet eens opgemaakt. En let op: na een proefsetje zit je meteen vast aan een abo! Als je die wilt opzeggen, zijn ze onbereikbaar!
