Uncomfortable
Besides horrible customer service, I finally got a chance to try the lenses and gotta say I am quite disappointed. It’s difficult to get them in and they are definitely noticeable during the day and especially ionce you wear them on a long day. I do not recommend them and have tried way better daily lenses.

Scammers
Scammers! I wrote them several times to unsubscribe and they acknowledged. However, turns out they did not. They just took money from my account and the scary this is them hacking into account and obtaining information about my new debit card. They remove your money even if you change cards. Beware. I have had to abandon that bank account.

negativ aufgefallen ist
negativ aufgefallen ist: Das das Intervall in dem die Kontaktlinsen gesendet wurden, wurde ohne meine Zustimmung zwei Mal stark verkürzt. Somit hatte ich zuviele Linsen die auch nur begrenzt haltbar sind. Die Kontaktlinsen haben auch nur mittlere Qualität um so länger Sie liegen, um so eher werden Sie unangenehm. Gelegentlich war mal einen Linse bei mit einem Riss dabei. Also Müll. Hielt sich aber in Grenzen. Seit letzem Jahr fordern Sie eine Kreditkarte bei mir ab, weil keine Zahlungsinfo vorliegt. Buchen aber bei PayPal ab ohne mir die Linsen zu senden. Das ist schon frech! Eine fehlende Packung wurde nachgesendet. Aber bei die zweite wollten Sie nicht nachsenden. Weil die Rückgabezeit um war?! Wenn ich nicht bekomme kann ich nichts zurück geben. Geld habe ich mir über PayPal zurückgeholt, da keiner von denen auf das PayPal-Ticket reagiert hat. Der Email Support hat aber relativ schnell geantwortet, man mußte aber mehrere Male auf die Probleme eingehen um Gehör zu finden.

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. They offer a free trial and then sign you up for a subscription without consent. This is not clear at all when you sign up for the free trial. I've just checked an it says "every 28 days" in faint writing under the order summary but no other indication. Very shady. Avoid at all costs.

Shady & borderline scam
Very difficult to cancel a subscription- an email saying "I want to cancel" is not enough it seems. Shady business practices akin to scammers. They keep trying to take payments after bank has blocked the recurring payment.

Ze bellen niet aan
Ze bellen niet aan, maar leveren direct bij de buren. Ik werk gewoon thuis. Lekker makkelijk. En mijn bel doet het zowel beneden als boven. Erg dom van de bezorger.
