Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm so sorry to hear that the lenses did not work out for you, and that your experience with our team was less than satisfactory. I can see that we provided cancellation information several times in response to your emails, and again, in a response to the voicemail you left. Our cancellation line is open from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, and that's the only time we can accept cancellation requests. Upon taking a closer look at your account, I can see that your order was charged and shipped on September 11, and you contacted us on after the order was already shipped.
