Contacts ripped in eye
I tried multiple pairs, they call ripped in my eyes after a few hours. I cancelled my subscription but was still sent a box and was charged so had to spend about an hour on the phone trying to sort the mess out.

Customer service has gone to crap
Customer service has gone to crap! Delivery schedule is crap! Delivery cost is total crap! Time it takes to receive delivery (even at astronomical delivery price) is CRAP! 100% unsatisfied. Thanks to Hubble, I will be wearing my nerd glasses to celebrate my 30th birthday, which I am traveling FIVE HOURS away to celebrate it. Thanks a lot, Hubble. Thanks... Jerks.

I am sorry that you feel we caused your frustration, however, I was able to look into your Hubble account activity and find some more information. The first piece of information I have is that you edited the billing information on your account in August, and subsequently fiddled around with the delivery frequency, and changed it four different times, causing your delivery schedule to land on September 23. After that, on September 12, our team offered to process an order for you right away, but you declined, which is why you were then charged on September 23. I understand that this has been a frustrating experience for you, and I am sorry to hear that your birthday was ruined because of this. I spent money on contacts that I couldn't see out of. They didn't tell me they wouldn't work for astigmatism.

I attempted to cancel this order due to…
I attempted to cancel this order due to some warnings about the product. I did receive a confirmation via email and phone that this was cancelled. However, 4 days later I received a charge and a ship notice. When I contacted again, I pretty much got an "oh well, too late" reply. Then the package did not even arrive and I had to fight to get my money refunded

Need to be able to cancel account…
Need to be able to cancel account online. Also, very frusturated about how a refund was handled and how I was contacted about it. Refund was eventually given but had to fight for it since it was out of my control. Rather than solving my issue customer service provided the same automated answer about 3 times before I got a manager

Told them to cancel
Told them to cancel. I can’t wear the contacts. They sent and charged me any way and still haven’t refunded me my FULL refund

Hubble Contacts will not refund me for…
Hubble Contacts will not refund me for an unauthorized order from June and this is September. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Hubble Contacts is not a reliable, honest company. They pass the buck and give you the runaround.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I kept getting charged when i canceled my subscription. I spoke to a representative that was very rude and did not help me. Hubble also tried to charge my card when I did not authorize the charges.
