Scam
Scam! The first pair of contacts that I opened from the trial box were torn. The quality was not good overall. Apparently I was automically signed up for a monthly subscription by accepting the trial box. This was done against my knowledge- i was never warned that by signing up for a trial box I would automically be signed up and charged for a subscription (no email, etc).Money was withdrawn from my account and I had a full box sent to me. I did not want this box because of my bad experience with the trial box. Asked for a return label to send the box back and for a refund. Neither were given to me. The return policy is a joke. Would not recommend Hubble to anyone. Very unhappy and unsatisfied.

I was told the shipping receipts were…
I was told the shipping receipts were going to be sent to me via email, I have not received anything in regard to shipping receipts. I am referencing The Courier who was supposed to have brought my free trial replacement lenses and my purchased lenses. I will not do any further business with Hubble based on those transgressions.

Worst contacts ive ever had
Worst contacts ive ever had. Also, the only box i purchased was the wrong rx. So the contacts were constantly popping out. What a waste. Also they said they wouldnt give me a refund. Judie Austin

Truly the worst contacts I’ve ever worn...
Truly the worst contacts I’ve ever worn. Incredibly uncomfortable and not a good fit at all. I wear contacts for 12+ hours every day, and I couldn’t stand these for more than a couple hours the few times I tried to use them... they were uncomfortable from the second I put them in. Hubble’s cancellation policy is also terrible; you have to phone them during very limited business hours (you cannot cancel online or by email).

Ultimately an uncomfortable wear
Ultimately an uncomfortable wear, and nearly impossible to remove at night. Actually used to scratch the surface trying to pry them off. Optometrist told me, no, demanded that I return to wearing Acuvue Oasys for a few reasons. Including, how oversized the lenses are. I followed recommendation and my wearing experience has immediately improved. Customer relations person promised someone from the company would call me. No one did.

Be careful
Be careful! I signed up for a free trial. When I pushed submit, a pop up came up saying "thank you for subscribing you will be automatically charged". Sadly I got the days mixed up and was charged. That is my fault. However, automatic sign up for any subscription is poor business. Also the contacts felt like sand paper on my eyes. I could feel the edges, very scratchy. Very sad with the contacts.
