Once your older your free trial of lenses they automatically sign you up for a subscription. The only way to cancel this is by calling America and that’s after they’ve taken money from your account. DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL!! Scam!

Dissatisfied and disappointed
After numerous attempts to STOP this purchase and returning unwanted prescriptions Hubble insist on sending lenses that are no longer suitable. Totally unacceptable and unauthorised payment withdrawals. Would NOT recommend this company. Very dissatisfied.

DO NOT BUY THESE!!!’
I have put return to sender on the box 3 TIMES and am still be charged and sent new boxes!!!! I have emailed customer service and they tell me to return the unopened box and I will get a refund and my order will be cancelled....nothing yet. I am ready to take it up with the attorney general and the better business bureau 👎🏽😡😡

horrible product
horrible product, dries your eyes out within a few hours of wear. i really wanted to love these because of the accessability and price, but they just made my eyes feel like sand was always in them.

Contacts are made out of old technology…
Contacts are made out of old technology that doesn’t allow for good oxygen flow. Not bad for about 3-4 hours, then your eyes become really dry and scratchy. This company is using marketing tactics to make these contacts seem innovative but in reality they are just a poor quality product.

The contacts were terrible
The contacts were terrible. The prescription was right on the printed box, but clearly not the right prescription in the contacts. Then to make matters worse, they continued to take money out of my account after canceling and then returned only a portion of my money. Tried to get it cleared up, still not refunded the rest of my money. Very poor customer service, they have a hard time understanding the English language.

Nonsense email conversation with a person which not only didn't know basic things about optics but also didn't seem to know what current offers the company has. What is more my last reply got simply ignored.

I was able to look into your emails with our agent, and I'd like to help clarify. The online quiz is to determine if you are eligible for two weeks of free lenses, and from there, you place your order based on the information provided by the optician who prescribed you with Hubble Contacts. We don't currently offer the type of lens that you need, which is why our agent was trying to clarify that in order to receive the free lenses, you'd need a valid Hubble Contacts Rx. I called and stopped further shipments…
I called and stopped further shipments and Hubble still charged me. I will NEVER refer these sorry little businesses from China or wherever.

When you called on September 10 to cancel your subscription, we cancelled it and you have not been charged since.
