DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TRIAL THEY AUTOMATICALLY SUBSCRIBE YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU OR GIVING YOU ANY WAY OF GETTING OUT OF IT. CROOKS. Contacts also not very good, dried my eyes out. AVOID

No Account? No Problem
Signed up for a free trial and cancelled it and was still charged. Okay, maybe it was on my end. I go to account settings I have no subscription active. Email support about the issue, they 'delete' my account for me so I can't get charged. Okay, cool. Next month I get charged again. Except now I don't even have an account to check to see what is going on. I had to get a whole new debit card so this company would stop charging me.

Feel like scammers
Feel like scammers. Unable to cancel the subscription from your account, so sent an email explicitly asking for my subscription to be cancelled. Charge received a couple of weeks later, and when I checked my emails they had responded to basically say oh here's a few pounds off, p.s. you're still not cancelled yet. I got in touch with them literally within two hours of the charge, and was told they can't cancel the order, and attaching a returns label that I had to use to send the package back before they will refund me. Will never use the service again.

Hubble has lost my business and I will…
Hubble has lost my business and I will never order from them again. They're difficult to contact. I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription with them, but I kept getting charged. Total swindle.

Didn't receive the contacts I ordered
Trialled them out and they were good. Customer service was terrible though. So initially, I was staying in temporary accommodation and got my 7 days subscription. I forgot to cancel and was charged, told that in 3 days I was to be sent a new box but I was already out the country and not at the address previously listed so I asked them to redirect to another address either in the UK or US and they said it wasn't possible and just sent them to the old location. I phoned up reception at where I was previously residing and they said that there was no parcels there for me so they either returned them or they were never delivered in the first place. I wasn't offered a refund or a redelivery so lost £27 thanks to a lack of customer care. More importantly though, you have lost a potential customer. I didn't receive the contacts so how can I return them?
