Really disappointed with the service
Really disappointed with the service. I tried to cancel the payments through my online account but could not do this. Sent an email to customer services requesting cancellation. They refused to do this despite sending all my details! Ended up having to ring up but by this time that had already taken a payment from my account - so frustrating!

Tried to cancel my subscription 2 times…
Tried to cancel my subscription 2 times and have hopefully done it successfully a third time. The customer service was rude/disrespectful and unhelpful. Just severely disappointed with this company

I have asked you to stop attempting to…
I have asked you to stop attempting to debit my card on several occasions; however, you didn't . I am glad that I changed my information to keep you from debiting my card as many times as I have gotten the messages from you. I will never make another purchase nor will any of my family members.

Really bad product and even worse customer service.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Didn't do what they said they would. Spent a lot of time chasing a refund. Contacts aren't as good as Waldo

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Terrible service. They aren’t clear about when and what they charge for or any policies. They send wrong merchandise if they send it at all, charge you for it then will not take it back.
