Won’t use them again
I have asked numerous times for them to stop trying to charge my card. I didn’t receive the correct lense and they have made no attempt to correct their error after I told them it was the wrong diameter. There hasn’t even been an offer to send the correct ones.

This is actually why our team was unable to send out the correct lenses--we do not have lenses in a 14.0 diameter. Your account was cancelled when you contacted us, so you will not be charged any further. I had a bad experience with your agent I never received my contacts and she didn’t care so I cancelled my subscription

I liked the contacts but have cx three…
I liked the contacts but have cx three times with them and they keep taking money out of my card and send me more contacts. Very Bad.

I can see that you have contacted us via email to cancel your subscription several times, and each time, our customer service team has responded to let you know that you need to call our cancellation line to suspend your subscription. Our cancellation department still hasn't heard from you, and your account is still active and sending you orders. The Linsen are falsch
The Linsen are falsch. Of course I opened the box in order to test them, but cannot see a squale. Now I want a refound. 1 I payed 9 Eur with my credit card and 7 Days after money 30 Eur 2as pickup from my credit card, while I had already made a reclamation. That is cheating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Iam desapointed. Beside that, the customer service is telling me, that I cannot send them back, because the boxes were opened: So hiw can one test them if we dont open the boxes??????? Are serious????? I just want my money back, or I will make a great communication for you!!!!!! Instagram, facebook and son!!!

Contacts were blurry
Contacts were blurry . Order two pair, neither worked . Was charged for a subscription I was not knowledgeable about and refused to give me my money back. . Will never recommend this company . No matter the problem the company should always fix , they did not .

Total scam
Total scam. Impossible to cancel account, then when you actually can speak with someone they direct you elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
