La información cuando pides la caja de prueba no es transparente, pues al pedir la caja de prueba lo que haces es sucribirte mensualmente hasta que canceles la suscripción, la cuál te dicen en la web que sólo es posible hacerlo por teléfono

We provide this information several times during the ordering process, and even let you know in our TOS how to cancel your subscription should you not want to stay on board. It looks like our team was able to cancel your subscription, however we'd like to make sure you get whatever refunds are due to you. Please email [email protected], and my team will be able to follow up with you ASAP. Best, Vanessa

Representatives do not comprehend well. My subscription was cancellation by my eye doctor & I was NEVER notified of this unti it was time for me to reorder a new shipment of contacts. This is a serious inconvenience. There is NO WAY that my eye doctor should be able to cancel my subscription when I am the one that started it.

Worst product on the market. Scammers. High school kids operating “customer service” with 0 knowledge about anything, not even common sense. Stole my money and made sure to make it hard for me to get it back. Made only a partial return. Reported them to Better Business Bureau.

I stopped receiving your contacts, then you started billing me again, still no contacts. And I was told a refund was impossible but my prescription has changed and any contacts you send won’t work.

Hi Kelli, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I'm sorry to hear that your experience with Hubble has been frustrating. I was able to look into your account, and I can see that there was a period of time in which your card was declined when we attempted to charge you for your scheduled orders. After you updated your billing information, your subscription continued as scheduled. As you know, we replaced the box of lenses that did not arrive to you, and issued a refund for the most recent order that was shipped to you. Your account is currently inactive, and if you would like us to address any other questions or concerns you have, please be sure to email [email protected]. Best, Vanessa

I would not use this company because if you need to cancel it is the worst experience ever. The contacts are not are not worth all the trouble.

Contacts were the wrong prescription from the beginning & although I tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, they continued to bill my account and send contacts which are useless to me due to the wrong prescription. So I finally had to cancel my bank card just to get out of this mess. And then they finally respond and proceed to spout out incorrect info regarding their own policy on how to cancel an order while trying to give me the freaking run around, so at long last after schooling them on THEIR OWN POLICY, I am happily no longer a Hubble “customer” if you will...
