I have been subscribed to Hubble for a year and they cancelled my subscription saying i needed to get a Dr to sign off. There are no doctors in our area on the list and my doctor doesn't want to fill out there forms. I have called the customer service number but they tell me I can not talk to anyone in USA for help that they are contracted but yet they will not help me.

Offered a trial but found that it was a success subscription. Very sneaky

They keep sending me, and charging me for the WRONG CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION.

The worse company ever they do not let you know that after free trial they will be continuously charging your card, I am reporting them to the better business bureau

I ordered the wrong Contacts I needed torric, They still charged me I’ve sent them back and still have not received a credit

Worse contacts ever, the contacts gets so dry very quickly. Company is a total rip off tried returning two boxes I did not order and they mailed it to me and charge my card then they told me I cannot return them. They stole $72 from me for this crap boxes are still unopened. It’s trash don’t waste your time or money.

Y’all are a ripe off I called on August 13 to cancel my account and y’all still send me more contact and have not returned my 72.00 will tell everybody I know to stay away from y’all
