Until about 2 months ago I would have not hesitated to give Hubble a 5 star review. Then I needed to return a box of contacts because I no longer need them. The request for return was easy and pleasant. They sent me a return label to pop it in the mail and said I should have my refund in a couple of weeks. Over a month later I hadn't seen my refund so I made contact to check in. I was told that if I wanted my refund that I had to prove that they received the box. I was told that I should have used a method of shipping with tracking instead of the label they provided. I have no hope of a refund at this point because I trusted their return process. *** Update** I did receive an response from this review from hubble. It was filled with generic information easily found on their website and made no attempt to resolve or address my issue.

My contacts are not correct. I can't see out of THEM at ALL. I called to cancel and was not offered a solution or anything she just removed me from hubble.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund for returned contacts for over a month now. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, often having to start a new email chain since they usually stop responding after about five exchanges. Apparently, they have no record of my contacts being returned so they don’t want to give me a refund. They even asked me to ask the post office for proof of return. How am I suppose to do that for a “return to sender” item from over a month ago? I just wouldn’t bother, unless you’re super into subscription services and have resilient eyes. Have the reason I didn’t want them any more is that I could only wear their contacts for a couple of hours before they started getting very uncomfortable.
