Forgot the email I used for my Hubble account and now they won't let me cancel my subscription. Very bad customer service, I gave them my name, phone number, address and everything and they still won't let me cancel it.

I ordered the trial pack and was at first very happy with the quality of the lenses, which is indeed very good and comfortable. Well, but then just after the trial box, Hubble started withdrawing the monthly subscription from my bank account but I NEVER received another package of contact lenses. No notification either, no email if I was even happy with the trial box. Nothing. After more than three emails and countless unanswered calls (line is always busy), I still have no reply and no reimbursement. I am very dependant on contact lenses in my daily life and am therefore very disappointed and regret ever signing up for hubble. I am waiting for my box for three weeks now and haven't heard anything back from them, nor have I gotten back my money. Very very unprofessional, would not recommend.

These are the worst contacts I've ever tried. They burn, they are thick and don't stay put- they slide around every time you blink and are fuzzy constantly. Don't waste your time, just buy your contacts in an office. I thought I could save money like this but it's not worth your eyes!

It's my fault that I didn't cancel the subscription in a timely manner, but once I did I was provided a return label. I asked if I should post the package in the post office, but customer service replied that I could just drop the package in any Deutsche Post mailbox. 2 months have passed since I returned the package, but unfortunately because I simply dropped it in a mailbox, I don't have a receipt. Hubble now is distancing themselves from any responsibility. They say they can't process my refund because they haven't received the item back. But before when I asked if they can identify my order from the return label alone (I took off other labels), I was told yes, so I don't understand how they can't track it back. Update - I did contact Vanessa, but I have received no reply. After Hubble's customer service insisted their distribution center hadn't received the returned item and that there was nothing they could do for me regarding my refund, I opened a dispute with Paypal, which was escalated to a claim. Hubble did not reply, so Paypal closed the case in my favor, refunding the full amount. Hubble is very quick to reply even on weekends. They will inform you and answer any questions, but if you're seeking a refund despite doing exactly as told and confirmed by them (such as dropping it in a post office mailbox), they will say the package hasn't been received and that they can't help you - a total cop-out. I consider the matter resolved, but in no way by Hubble. I updated Vanessa once the claim was closed by Paypal, as a courtesy, and received nothing but radio silence. My conclusion is that when things don't go their way, Hubble is indeed very quick to distance themselves, even if the bad experience could've been mitigated by them simply being courteous and trying to meet you halfway. Also, the product itself is mediocre, and its only saving grace is the above average packaging. I do not recommend Hubble.

Automatically renewed subscription pretty much no time after receiving trial and wouldn’t refund when I challenged it. Now I’m stuck with 45 of the most uncomfortable lenses ever.

Can't cancel subscription no refund, their still debiting account. . . Contacted these guys by email requesting my subscription be cancelled as I couldn't log into my account to do so myself. Was advised they couldn't I would have to call them on the num provided! Num doesn't work. Was also advised they would refund me if i sent back the contacts to them, which i have now sent two packets back and no refund. Now having to raise as a complaint with my bank. How hard is it to just cancel my subscription as requested?

Eye Infection in both eyes. Absolutely disgusting, for the first few days of using Hubble Contacts I could feel them moving in my eye. Cancelling the prescription was a long process and my eyes are still infected, it’s been nearly a week now. My eyes are extremely dry, red, puffy and itchy. I’ve decided to move back to air optics, because I’ve never experienced this before with them. You lot should be ashamed for charging a ridiculous price for contacts that are poorly made.

Awful customer service. I cancelled they still charged me and no product has been sent for me to return. They also hang up on you I am having to do a charge back via my credit card
