Terrible customer service, tried to cancel my subscription and when I tried to return the parcel it wasn't accepted to any post office. I called and they told me to put it into a letterbox with no proof of postage and no reassurance that it will be received. I was charged £30 for these contacts which I cannot use. Very disappointed.

APPALLING !! It is a scam and really really difficult to get out of as I am finding to my cost- similar to all the other reviews on here DONT DO IT - go to Daysoft instead they are brilliant and cheaper and dont rip you off!

This is a scam!! I wanted to try the first test lents as I didm't want anything else, and they add me a monthly suscription which I have to pay. The main problem in there is that there's no chance to cancel it online, and they don't answer on the phone number they give us to free cancellation. Customer service is horrible!!!!!!!! DONT JOIN THEM

I don't want to leave a star but to review I have to - like others I cancelled the trial but they still took my money - I contacted them and they said it hadn't been cancelled when it had both by phone and by email. They told me to send lenses sent back for the refund but I never received the lenses so how can I send them back - I have been charged effectively for fresh air - every time I contact them they send me a standard response - I have been told to email FAO Roxanne, social and other but still nothing - I have even been on Facebook posting on pics asking them to sort but they just remove any negative posts rather than using the energy sorting things out- so it seems they are making money by taking people's cash dishonestly - dont touch them with a barge pole - look at the reviews and check with your optician people have seemingly damaged their eyes with these lenses but apart from that they dont behave ethically- still waiting for my £27 refund - I have attempted contact so far over 20 times what does that tell you !! My advice find an alternative

I have been trying to get a refund for contacts I didn't want, having followed the very specific returns process it is now over three weeks since I returned the contacts and Hubble are saying they haven't received them, which is hard to believe. I used their return label, made sure I didn't open the box before returning and got a proof of posting. I would warn anyone not to use Hubble, their whole business model seems designed to get money off people with no interest in retaining them as customers or refunding if items are unwanted. Having tried the trial pack and then realised I had to cancel the automatic subscription to avoid money being taken before I'd had a chance to work out if I was happy or not with the contacts - Hubble automatically subscribe you as part of the trial sign up and you can't cancel that subscription online you have to call them. I then rather foolishly, decided to look at Hubble again. I wanted to check what I'd ordered, there was only very basic info accessible via my online account so I clicked on the reactivate subscription link, assuming it would, as is good business practice, take me to a confirmation screen to show what I was reactivating, check my prescription was correct etc but it just automatically re-started the subscription. I couldn't cancel or deactivate it online and the phone number for cancelling a subscription didn't open till 9 am the next day. By the time I called the next morning they had already taken the money from my account and said the package was being processed so they couldn't cancel the order and I would have to return them for a refund. I must not open the box when it arrived and must use their return label. I made sure I followed their instructions carefully and took it to the post office, qued to hand it over in person and got a proof of posting. But in stark contrast to how quickly they took my money, it is now over three weeks later and I have had no refund or contact from Hubble outside of my calls to them. When I call they say it hasn't arrived yet and they can't do anything. It all seems very convenient as if they are hoping people will just give up on chasing a refund. I hope that I'm proved wrong, but so far despite the people on the phone being apologetic and full of platitudes I get the impression Hubble consider it more important to hold on to the money they took than provide a refund and retain a possible future customer.

So many hoops to jump through to try and cancel a poor product, lame attempt to make it hard to cancel, avoid at all costs
