I have a masive complain about your lenses! Ordered a free pack, I know, I should have known it can't be the best quality. I did put one of your lenses and it split in my eye! Couldn't get all pieces out, had to go to hospital to get my eye washed. Got strached and infected my right eye. I couldn't see, everything was blurry for 3 days! Cause of the infection, under eye got swollen and I even got the rash around my eye! I do blame bad quality lenses. It should not be happening.

I thought I would try the hubble contacts but when the samples came I found them uncomfortable. On the same day of using them I emailed hubble to say they were not for me and if there was a subscription,I wished to cancel it, I received an email straight away saying this cancellation had to be done via phone so I called and left my number nobody called me back so not to be stung I called my bank and asked them to reject any Direct Debit from Hubble. Next day I received another email from Hubble to say my card had been declined, so I never thought anything of it. Two weeks later a shipment arrives and money has been taken from my account. Due to going on holiday that week I sent an email again plus returned the lenses. Today im back from holiday and another shipment has arrived and another payment taken, Ive now returned the second lot but after calling Hubble they said they have not received the lenses back and wont refund. Im going to take this further but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT CON ARTISTS

Unacceptable i was automatically signed up for a subscription and have been charged £30 for contacts I never ordered!!!! Its completely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. avoid at all cost!!!!
