Contacts are uncomfortable and trying to cancel the subscription is an absolute joke.....emailing doesn’t appear to work and the office is based in New York and no-one answers. In the end I had to contact my bank to stop Hubble trying to take money out my account but even today they still keep trying.....this is nearly 2 months later. Do not waste your time. I’ll certainly be going back to who I used to use.

You guys should have a cancel button on the account page, instead of making it inconveniences for the customer, a phone call won't stop customer to cancel it if they don't like the products. I saw your ads on Facebook, so I thought I might give it a try, as soon as I placed the $4 order I know will take some time for me to get out of this auto monthly subscription thing if I don't like it! I don't like to feel being locked to a product by the monthly subscription before I even try the actual products! I believe many people feeling the same.

How the hell do I cancel this thing? It seems I have to jump through hoops in order to do so. The contact lenses don't work with myopic eyes (there was no mention of this prior to starting) and now I've had 3 months worth of useless lenses and a contract I can't kill off, avoid like the plague until either: A) you do more ranges of lenses. B) you have a 1 click "end contract" button.

Signed up for a trial but never got what was promised. On the other hand, I did get charged $147 for a subscription that was a pain in the neck to cancel. Nice idea but terrible execution. Update (1/8/19): Reached out to Hubble support in 11/30/18, given that they took the time to reply to my review. While they did not try to apologize/make anything better, they did reply after six weeks to let me know I was charged six times, for a total amount of $147. I updated the review to reflect that.
