Been using them for years only had 1 problem with a box of contacts and they sent me a new box immediately haven’t had anymore problems since. Highly recommend getting contacts from them.

On a couple occasions I have had to email customer service-either because I didn't update my prescription before my order went out or I lost my contacts and needed an emergency shipment while on vacation. Every single time I get a super fast response and they have gone above and beyond to help.

Had a great 5++ years with hubble. Unfortunately they don't provide the prescription for the new contacts I need to wear.
