As a person who works in retail and…
As a person who works in retail and does customer service for a living, I have never been appalled in dealing with a company. I called and could not get my problem solved. Was told that a supervisor would call me back and never heard from anyone. I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism and dissatisfaction I dealt with.

I tried the contacts out since I only…
I tried the contacts out since I only had to pay for shipping, then I got the wrong prescription. There is no number to call, and now I am getting charged $36 a month and I am not even recieving the contacts!!!!! Plus it is literally impossible to unsubscribe.
