Se me rompen al ponerlas en el ojo. Peor compra imposible.

I have been unable to cancel my subscription. I have emailed the company and also had the post office return to sender. Hubble co to yes to send and bill me for contacts. 🙁

I have tried for several months to cancel my order. I have sent back contacts (box never opened) for four months and have been charged. There is no phone number only an email address which is useless. I cannot use the contacts because I've a stigmatism. They claim to never receive the contacts back and I'm stuck paying for nothing. I had to put a block on my credit card and hope that works.

Das Hubble von mir nur einen Stern bekommen hat, liegt nicht an den Kontaktlinsen selber, sondern daran, dass nach der Probebox sofort ein Abo läuft. Man bekommt keine schriftliche Rechnung oder ähnliches. Meines Erachtens ist das Täuschung von potentiellen Kunden und schon fast Betrug!

Terrible product - contact lenses do not fit well and cause headaches. I contacted customer support to get a refund because I did not have time to try the first set of contact due to shipping delays. They refused to compensate me and hung up on me saying there are other callers waiting while I was in mid conversation. I also tried emailing them and I have had no luck. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of contact lenses that I can't even use.
