I have cancelled my subscription 3 times now and they keep sending me contacts and charging me.

I tried the free sample and didn’t intend to keep using Humble and they kept changing me for months. Contacted them and they refused to give my money back. Super bad company.

In the beginning they were great .Then my last 2 shipments the product changed .They became very thin they would not stay in place on my eyes .I became very disappointed and cancelled my subscription.

Fraude total. No pidas las lentillas de prueba "gratuitas" ya que automáticamente sin tu consentimiento te dan de alta a la suscripción mensual y te cobran 33€ de tu cuenta. Nefasta experiencia de cliente. Al cliente no se le engaña, se le cuida. Nunca más.

The contacts were blurry. When I cancelled my order they kept sending them. They kept charging me for delivery and then a restocking fee. The whole experience was terrible.

Awful quality. Uncomfortable to wear. I can only use them for maybe 2 hours at a time before I have to take them out.

Contacts are crap so I canceled my subscription. They had already sent out a box and charged me $36. So I sent the unopened box back. Didn’t get a refund for over two months. In those two months I had my card account closed. I emailed them and was told there was nothing they could do but to send my refund to the old number ( which is canceled and I have no access to) so long story short, they took the box of contacts back, and will also keep my money because they can’t possibly send my refund via check, they HAVE to send it back to the original form of payment. Would NOT recommend their business!

Got the three dollar trial did not like the product didn’t fit my eyes. But when I tried canceling the subscription I still got charged time and time again. Had to end up canceling my credit card and getting a new one to get it to stop.
