You didn’t have my correct prescription so you sent me the next measurement. That didn’t work for me so I canceled, but you kept mailing me product. I would return the product and you’d still charge me and send me more. The same thing happened to my daughter and now you don’t want to refund us.

I’m not a fan of Hubble. It should be noted that the fit of their co facts are not a one size fits all, but they only use one size. When I worked to correct the problem I was happy with the customer service as they were apologetic and worked to help me refund the first order. But they sadly forgot to cancel the monthly membership that I originally had requested. When the next box came, I was upset, I was charged for and sent a box that I could not use due to the fit. I had to once again work with customer service, I was rebated but only for one, and not competently as they charge $8 for the process of refunding...exhausting! I utilized this service for the ease of not having to go to the ophthalmologist for every pair of contacts. I enddd up finding another solution through a different app.

I need to cancel. The quality stinks.

I tried the contacts the first month and had issues. I cancelled the subscription, 4 times and sent contacts back. I am still receiving them and I cannot wear them.

I have be trying to unsubcribe for months, but you keep charging me and sending the contacts even after the are sent back. I am sorry they did not work for my eyes. Please refund my money.
