The first box I received was great, after that, every contact lens from every box has been a scratchy, awful experience. I’m canceling my subscription. I can’t even get a solid 8 hours out of a set before they have to be removed. Worst contact lenses I’ve ever had.

No one should ever use this company. Cancelling the subscription is excruciating, and intentionally so.

They trick you with free samples and then continue shipping and charging you each month INSPITE of receiving emails cancelling the service & stopping the debit card!! RIDICULOUS AND MANIPULATIVE!

Impossible to cancel the subscription. They’ll just keep sending and charging you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered a box of contacts in February 2018, and immediately called to cancel. I didn’t get any rebills so I thought all was good. How wring was I! Two days ago (10 months after cancellation) they’ve started charging my card again. Thankfully I had my card reissued a few weeks ago so they won’t get a penny from me, but EVERY day since then they have charged my card. Seriously people do not ever use this company. What they are doing is illegal. As you’ll see in other reviews others are experiencing this problem. Report them to your card issuer, if enough people do it their merchant account will be put on hold and they won’t be able to rebill you. Avoid avoid avoid!

I have tried to cancel this by calling by emailing by messaging to no avail. I had a two-month period of time where it appeared that I had successfully canceled this crap but know this month I got another box of contacts that I cannot wear and because you drafted the fee out of my account my car insurance payment bounced which led to other charges which has now caused me to not have Christmas. What do I think about Hubble contact lenses? I think you guys are a con that's what I think according to my eye doctor you did not even call to verify that I had a valid prescription. I'm thinking about getting a lawyer to recover the hundreds of dollars that you have now stolen from me since my repeated requests to cancel this subscription I should have never gotten. I wear multifocal lenses these are not multifocal lenses I didn't want them past the first month which I believe was back in March the damage that you have done to me financially at Christmas is inexcusable and I'm very much considering suing the hell out of you!

I received a two week supply “free” from Hubble. I notified them by email that I wear monthly lenses which was in my original information and prescription. They continued to send me three months of the same thing. Each time I did not open the box and put RETURN TO SENDER on the box. I then contacted them again with this information and asked for my $36 refund. After four months I only received $28 for each box. I asked why I didn’t get my full refund and they stated “restocking fee”. I explained that I should get a full refund as it was their mistake in sending out three months worth. I’ve had no resolution. I live on disability which makes for a very tight budget. Could you get this to the owner of the company?

I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received. I talked to a man and cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. He didn't want to help me so I requested to speak to a manager and I got the run around that no manager was in and if I wanted one would call me back, but I never received a call. Despite the horrible customer service I sent the package back and it showed it arrived on the 3rd. It is now the 21st and I have yet to receive a refund. All I want is my money back and to be done with your company. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received.
