Muy mal. Pedí mis lentillas de prueba por 9€ en septiembre y me llegaron y parecía que todo estaba bien. Llegan muchas en una caja pero la calidad no es muy buena que digamos pero como el precio era económico tampoco se puede decir mucho. La sorpresa me la dieron hace una semana,osea AHORA en DICIEMBRE, me han cobrado 32,95€ por la cara,sin a avisar si quiera y encima me he quejado y me han dicho que si no estoy contenta que las devuelva... qué voy a devolver?? La caja que me llegó en septiembre y pagué 9€?? Y los 32,95€ de donde lo sacan?? Porque es que a mí no me ha llegado nada de nada vaya... Si no me devuelven el dinero pienso denunciar

Customer Service Worse than Comcast Used hubble for 2 years and was a big fan of the business model and product until I ran into an issue that required me reaching out to customer service. It is now day 7 of me sending multiple emails back and forth to one person on their customer service team who never provided a solution or clear answer. I had to reach out on instagram and even then, I was told to DM them and reach out to help@hubble. I did both and heard nothing from insta or that new email. This company is a joke. The last time I experienced this terrible of customer service for solving a simple problem - which was literally just updating my expired credit card so I could get my new box of contacts - was when I dealt with Comcast. What a low bar. Stay away! Try Waldo or invest about $40 more in accuve dailies with 1800.
